The university that teaches, the government entity that processes transactions, the bank that protects its data — three different needs meeting one standard: systems that run every day, not systems that launch once.

The story
مجموعة تكوّنت من التخصص، لا من التنويع
A group formed by specialisation, not diversification
بدأت المجموعة عام ١٩٩٧ بتأسيس شركة أعمال الحلول المترابطة (ISB)، في وقت كانت فيه رقمنة الإجراءات داخل الجهات السعودية استثناءً لا قاعدة. ومنذ ذلك الحين نمت المجموعة إلى أكثر من ست شركات — لا عبر شراء أنشطة في قطاعات متفرقة، بل ببناء عمق حقيقي في كل مجال تدخله.
The Group began in 1997 with the founding of Integrated Solutions for Business (ISB), at a time when digitising procedures inside Saudi institutions was the exception rather than the rule. It has since grown to more than six companies — not by acquiring activity across unrelated sectors, but by building genuine depth in every field it enters.
تلاها دخول الأمن السيبراني عام ٢٠٠٧ مع سكيورتي ماترز، حين لم يكن الأمن بنداً معتاداً في ميزانيات المؤسسات. ثم تقنيات التعليم عام ٢٠١١ مع اعتماد بورد الشرق الأوسط موزّعاً رئيسياً لحلول Blackboard في المنطقة. وتمتد ملكية المجموعة اليوم إلى قطاعات أخرى من بينها الرعاية الصحية عبر شركة المنظومة الصحية.
Cybersecurity followed in 2007 with Security Matterz, when security was not yet a routine line in institutional budgets. Education technology came in 2011, with Board Middle East appointed Blackboard’s Master Distributor for the region. Today the Group’s ownership extends into further sectors, including healthcare through Health System Company.

These are not slogans written at group level and pushed down to the companies. They are the common denominator drawn from how each company actually operates.

لا تبيع أي من شركاتنا برنامجاً وتنصرف. تُسلَّم كل منصة مع التنفيذ والتكامل والتدريب والدعم التشغيلي، لأن المشروع لا يُقاس بيوم الإطلاق بل بالسنة الثالثة من التشغيل.
None of our companies sells software and walks away. Every platform is delivered with implementation, integration, training and operational support — because a project is judged not on launch day but in its third year of operation.
قدرة محلية معتمدة
Certified local capability
مركز عمليات أمن يعمل محلياً على مدار الساعة، ومستشارون معتمدون في منصات التعليم، ومطوّرون سعوديون يبنون منتجات معتمدة من هيئة الحكومة الرقمية. القدرة داخل المملكة، لا خارجها.
A security operations centre running locally around the clock, certified consultants on the learning platforms, and Saudi developers building products accredited by the Digital Government Authority. Capability inside the Kingdom, not outside it.
قطاعات لا تحتمل الخطأ
Sectors with no tolerance for failure
جامعات ووزارات وبنوك ومنشآت حيوية. عملاء تخضع أنظمتهم لمتطلبات الهيئة الوطنية للأمن السيبراني والبنك المركزي وهيئة الحكومة الرقمية — وهذا يفرض معايير تنفيذ ووثائق لا مجال فيها للتقريب.
Universities, ministries, banks and critical facilities. Clients whose systems fall under National Cybersecurity Authority, central bank and Digital Government Authority requirements — which imposes delivery and documentation standards that leave no room for approximation.

Knowledge transfer is part of the contract
تدريب أعضاء هيئة التدريس، وتأهيل مسؤولي الأنظمة، وأكاديمية أمن سيبراني كاملة داخل المجموعة. ننتهي من المشروع حين يستطيع فريق العميل تشغيله دوننا.
Faculty training, system-administrator enablement, and a full cybersecurity academy inside the group. We finish a project when the client’s own team can run it without us.

استقلال تشغيلي، ومعيار واحد
Operational independence, one shared standard
المجموعة مملوكة ملكية خاصة ويقودها مساهم مسيطر واحد. تُدار كل شركة تشغيلية بفريقها التنفيذي وعلاقاتها التعاقدية الخاصة، ضمن إطار حوكمة موحّد على مستوى المجموعة يغطي السياسات المالية والالتزام النظامي والتقارير الدورية.
The group is privately held and led by a single controlling shareholder. Each operating company is run by its own executive team with its own contractual relationships, within a unified group-level governance framework covering financial policy, regulatory compliance and periodic reporting.
يُحفظ استقلال الرأي الأمني عمداً: لا تُدقّق شركة الأمن السيبراني على أعمالها الخاصة، ولا تُلزَم الشركات الشقيقة بتقنيات بعضها.
Independence of the security opinion is preserved deliberately: the cybersecurity company does not audit its own delivery work, and sister companies are not obliged to adopt each other’s technologies.
